Recent innovations include metal stamped probe, progressive die stamped wear plate, and a host of value-added services.
In manufacturing and engineering, innovation is everything. It’s what makes a company go from good to great, while staying competitive and growing consistently and effectively.
Innovation is what design engineers strive for every day. At American Industrial, it’s what we strive for as well, and our entire team works to ensure innovative solutions are what we provide our clients, without exception. We aim to offer solutions that help make your products and your jobs better, along with products and services that promise added value every time.
We do this by working very closely with our clients—those in a wide range of industries that come to us with challenges that need to be met. We create products that meet these needs and consistently offer innovation. Here are just a few examples:
- Metal Stamped Probe for the Power Tool Industry: We performed the design, progressive die cutting, and tumbling on this upper probe, along with packaging and shipping
- Progressive Die Stamped Wear Plate for the Construction Industry: We performed the design, progressive die cutting, black oxide plating, and heat treating on this nose wear plate, along with packaging and shipping
- Chromate Plated Custom Bracket for the Auto Industry: We performed forming and soft tooling, followed by spot welding and plating on this custom floor mat securing bracket
- Cold Rolled Stamped Box Filter Assembly for the Mining Industry: We performed cutting, extrusion, and spot welding assembling, followed by painting, packaging, and shipping of this brief case lid/box assembly
In each of these cases, our designers and engineers worked very closely with our customers to ensure all needs were met and all expectations were exceeded. In the end, they were all very satisfied with the results.
Of course, these are just a few of many examples of our custom products and value-added services. If you’d like to view more, you can check out our new Portfolio Gallery, and see further examples of the work we’ve done for clients with varying applications and requirements.
